Part Time Marketing Coordinator
Seeking part time, occasional administrative assistant/ marketing coordinator who can work from our office (Dufferin and Steeles) 1-2 days per week, during 9-5 business hours. May require more hours if we get busier. Ideal for a student or stay at home parent.
- Passion for and experience in marketing/ advertising/ digital media/ web design.
- Work/ business experience in office setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: word/ excel/ PowerPoint and Internet/ email
- Excellent English speaking and high written and verbal communication skills
- Business and social media writing experience (with samples than can be shown)
- Professional dress and demeanour
- Some educational background in marketing/ advertising/ communications
- Experience with social media writing and comfortable using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
- Nice to have: experience with graphic or web design, especially WordPress
- Comfortable with phone communication
- Nice to have: Knowledge and familiarity with GTA Jewish community, Jewish culture and customs (will be helpful due to some of the projects we work on).
Responsibilities may include:
- Social media and web writing and updates for clients and firm
- updates on client WordPress sites
- other responsibilities on projects as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00 /hour
