google adwords management and pricing and service details

How it Works & What it Costs

To figure out your typical Google AdWords campaign costs, click on the category that best describes you:

  1. I never advertised on Google before and need a brand new AdWords Account.
  2. I’ve advertised on Google AdWords before, but it didn’t work out well. My AdWords account has been gathering dust for ages and is pretty inactive.
  3. I advertised on Google AdWords before and have an active AdWords account, and I want to get better results, but I don’t want to change my Google AdWords account.

1) You need a brand new Adwords account and want the $100 AdWords Credit

In this case we open the account for you, and apply the $100 AdWords credit. Easy peasy.

You get:

  • Marketing strategy and assessment.
  • up to 15 ads written for you. See sample.
  • a spreadsheet of 100-500 suggested campaign keywords based on competitive and industry research.
  • $100 credit towards Google AdWords.
  • Full campaign set up, management and optimization.
  • Monthly performance report.
  • Login and 24/7 access to your account via a Gmail address.

You pay:

  • $399 set up fee to napkin marketing – to cover the first month of us managing your AdWords campaign. The monthly management drops to $250 for each subsequent month.
  • Minimum $100 in Google AdWords fees. Once the $100 credit applies, you will have at least $400 in Google Ad credit for that month.

Typical costs:

  • Month 1: $499 to $599+HST for first month (including the $100-$200 you spend out-of-pocket on Google Ads).
  • Month 2 and beyond: $500+ per month (Includes $250 management fee plus $250 in typical Google AdWords spend).

If, after the first month, you are either not happy with the service, or want to take over management of the account yourself, there is no obligation to continue. In this case, your only fee would be whatever you choose to spend on Google AdWords while you self-manage the account. Your login and passwords remain valid.

For Google accounts where ad spend is more than $500 per month, management fees will be higher as there’s more keywords, more ads to track, etc.

2) You already have an AdWords account. But you want professional management to make it perform better and you want the $100 credit

In this case, we move you into a new AdWords account.

In order for you to get the $100 credit, the account must be registered as a new one. We set up a new account for you, to which both you and napkin marketing have user access. You will still have your own login and passwords to your new AdWords account. If you want to transition all your old ads and keywords from your original Google AdWords account, we can also copy them over from your old account to the new account for you.

You get:

  • Marketing strategy and assessment
  • up to 15 ads written for you
  • a spreadsheet of 100-500 suggested campaign keywords based on competitive and industry research.
  • $100 credit towards Google AdWords
  • Full campaign set up, management and optimization
  • Monthly performance report.
  • Login and 24/7 access to your account via a Gmail address

You pay:

  • $450 set up fee to napkin marketing – to cover the first month of us managing your AdWords campaign (and the transition time to port over your old campaign). The monthly management drops to $250 for each subsequent month.
  • Minimum $100 in Google AdWords fees. Once the $100 credit applies, you will have at least $400 in Google Ad credit for that month.

  • Month 2 and beyond:$ $500+ per month (Includes $250 management fee plus $250 in typical Google AdWords spend).

If, after the first month, you are either not happy with the service, or want to take over management of the account yourself, there is no obligation to continue. 3) You already have an AdWords Account and you want it to perform better, but you want to keep your existing account active.

If you want to maintain your existing account exactly as is, and NOT open a new one, we can help you manage it, however the Google credit would not apply. Our fee is $399 for the first month of campaign management, and $275 per month thereafter. If you do want the $100 credit, we can move over your existing account to a new one, and you will still have full access and functionality.

You get:

  • Marketing strategy and assessment
  • up to 15 ads written for you
  • a spreadsheet of 100-500 suggested campaign keywords based on competitive and industry research.
  • Full campaign set up, management and optimization
  • Monthly performance report.
  • Login and 24/7 access to your account via a Gmail address

You pay:

  • Minimum $100 in Google AdWords fees. Once the $100 credit applies, you will have at least $400 in Google Ad credit for that month.

Typical costs:

  • Month 1: $500 to $600+HST for first month (including the $100-$200 you spend out-of-pocket on Google Ads).
  • Month 2 and beyond:$ $500+ per month (Includes $250 management fee plus $250 in typical Google AdWords spend).

If, after the first month, you are either not happy with the service, or want to take over management of the account yourself again, there is no obligation to continue. In this case, your only fee would be whatever you choose to spend on Google Adwords while you self-manage the account. Your login and passwords remain valid.

For Google accounts where ad spend is more than $500 per month, management fees will be higher as there’s more keywords, more ads to track, etc.
